Who creates the websites?
At sabsites we have a dedicated team of designers and web developers who are ready to create your website in a manner that matches your requirements.
Do I need to get a separate hosting package?
That is the beauty of sabsites. We offer you hosting, domain registration and the website itself. A complete package you won’t find elsewhere. Start by selecting a package from here, and then you will be guided to register a domain name, and receive hosting with your package.
Why do I have to pay a yearly maintenance fee?
The minor maintenance fee that occurs on each package includes a domain renewal and maintaining your hosting package with us. It also includes continuous support shall you have any problems in the future.
Can I purchase an additional domain name with my package?
You certainly can! It will cost you an extra $12.99 per year, and may be used in whatever way you want.
What is WordPress?
WordPress is an online, open source tool that allows users to create and manage websites and blogs in PHP. In other clearer words, it is a the simplest and most efficient method of creating websites nowadays, with many features that suits all business types.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only.
How long does it take to deliver a website?
It takes between 5 to 7 business days from the day of approval (usually immediately after approving the order and discussing it over the phone) depending on the package you select. Click here to see the delivery dates of each package.
Will I receive training with my website?
Definitely! We will guide you all through the way so that you can manage everything on your own. You will receive detailed documentations on how to create emails, access your company mail, manage your account, and many others.
Will my credit card be charged immediately when I place an order?
No. Your credit card will only be charge once we approve the order. If a charge appears on your card it may be a holding charge, but will be refunded if the order got canceled for any reason.
Where do you get the content of each website from?
Each website is made according to detailed specifications. The images on each website is bought every time it is placed on a website from different Royalty-Free Image Providers to ensure no copyright infringements. The written content of the website is made by our various designers to suit your business and requirements. We do not copy data from any sources.
